Packing up and taking off for a weekend of wilderness adventure is a great way to meet new friends and appreciate the outdoor world. Whether we are paddling down rivers or across lakes, climbing up mountains or riding on trails, overnight adventurers will experience the call of the wild!
- Burton Island Adventure
(Ages 10-14)
Burton Island is Mud City's favorite island on Lake Champlain and has the coolest and the most sought after campsites. Paddling, swimming, fishing, nighttime adventures and all kinds of exploration are only the beginning on this trip.
- Connecticut River Adventure
(Ages 10-14)
Flow with the river on an adventuresome journey down the Connecticut River. We'll explore the forts and history along the shoreline until we arrive at our riverside campsite to enjoy a warm and wonderful night around the fire.
- Berkshires Adventure
(Ages 10-14)
Take your adventurous spirit down river for a WEE…(!)K-end
in the Berkshires! Adventurers will spend Saturday safari-ing and
camping along the beautiful Deerfield River, and wake up Sunday Morning
for an action-packed day of excitement rafting, floating, and swimming,
with our very own professional river guides.
- Cotton Brook Adventure
(Ages 10-14)
Paddling, picnic-ing, trailblazing, bushwhacking, critter tracking, and more! Come join the Mud City gang as we discover the flora and fauna of Cotton Brook and sleep under the stars.
- Green Mountain Adventure
(Ages 10-14)
Explore Vermont's own Green Mountains with Mud City in this
Weekend Overnight Adventure. Whether hiking to the top or picnic-ing
and paddling,
the nearby Green Mountains offer an amazing
outdoor playground, and some of the best camping anywhere.
- Long Trail Adventure
(Ages 10-14)
Hit the trail! First up, then down, find and follow the tracks… but
whose tracks? Come find out on the Long
Trail Adventure. Hiking, camping, outdoor cooking, and learning about
local critters and plants will
be the main ingredients for this weekend.
- Little River Adventure
(Ages 10-14)
Paddling, swimming-hole hopping, outdoor cooking, and searching for historical artifacts and other evidence of the hard-working pioneers that settled in this area will guide us from the beginning to the end of the Little River Adventure. How many clues to the past can you find?
BIG Adventures
- Lake Champlain Adventure
(Ages 11-14)
Wonder what it would be like to be an explorer? Come paddle the inlets, sail to the islands and camp under the stars, while we surround ourselves with the beauty and make believe beasts of Lake Champlain.
- White Mountain Adventure
(Ages 11-14)
Mt. Washington's hospitality provides us with a plethora of wildlife of the wilderness, weather knowledge and endless recreation. Adventurers first highlight will be a visit to the Appalachian Mountain Club to hear of the many journeys and proper backpacking practices on the Appalachian Trail. Adventurers will spend a week of hiking peaks, hopping into swimming holes, canoeing on lakes and tons more.
- Maine Adventure

Join us for a six-day overnight camp to the lakes, rivers and beaches of vacation land Maine. Activities Galore!
- Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard Adventure

Boats, Bikes and Big Adventures. "These are a few of our favorite things." Come along as we cross the ocean blue, camp on Martha's Vineyard and bike around the island as we explore a captivating culture and a whole new scene.
- Adirondack Adventure
(Ages 11-14)
Since our options for recreation are limitless, decision-making will be our greatest challenge when we cross the lake to the Adirondack Mountains and the Saranac Region of New York. Hiking, Mtn. Biking, Climbing, Paddling on Lake Placid and visiting Robert Louis Stevenson's cottage, author of Treasure Island, are just a few of our options.
